Terms & Conditions — Fit2Kart

Welcome to Fit2Kart. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fit2Kart website and application (the "Service"), operated by the Fit2Kart team ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using Fit2Kart, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fit2Kart. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email/password, or your linked Google account).
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and profile setup.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Description of Service

Fit2Kart provides:

  • Personalized diet and meal planning based on information you provide (age, weight, height, goals, dietary preferences, etc.)
  • Workout tracking and recommendations
  • Grocery ordering links to third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Blinkit) based on your meal plan

Fit2Kart is a planning and informational tool. It does not replace professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Please see our separate Fitness & Medical Disclaimer for details.

Payments

  • Certain features of Fit2Kart may require payment to unlock or access.
  • Pricing will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner, Dodo Payments. We do not store your payment card or banking details.
Important: All payments made on Fit2Kart are one-time payments and are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be returned, reversed, or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with recommendations, or non-usage of the Service after purchase. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law. It is your responsibility to review the features and pricing carefully before making a payment.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service without permission
  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Fit2Kart integrates with or links to third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Supabase (data storage and authentication)
  • Google (sign-in and analytics)
  • Dodo Payments (payment processing)
  • Grocery delivery platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Instacart)

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6.1 Grocery Products & Delivery

Fit2Kart helps you plan your diet and fitness journey by suggesting grocery items relevant to your meal plan and providing links to place orders on third-party grocery delivery platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Instacart).

Fit2Kart does not sell, stock, package, or deliver any grocery products itself. All such products are sold and delivered entirely by the respective third-party platform, which operates independently of Fit2Kart.

By clicking through to a third-party grocery platform, you acknowledge that:

  • The decision to purchase any product is entirely your own
  • Fit2Kart has no control over, and takes no responsibility for, the quality, accuracy, pricing, availability, or timely delivery of any product ordered through a third-party platform
  • Any issues relating to your order — including but not limited to damaged, incorrect, delayed, or missing items — must be resolved directly with the third-party platform in accordance with their own policies
  • Fit2Kart shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from a purchase made on a third-party platform

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and features of Fit2Kart (excluding user-provided data and third-party content) are the property of Fit2Kart and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Fit2Kart is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from following diet or workout plans generated by the app.
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at fit2kartsupport@gmail.com.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
