When you sign up, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Password (encrypted; we never store your password in plain text) — collected only if you sign up using email/password
• If you sign up using Google, we receive your name and email address from Google

To personalize your diet and workout plans, we collect:

• Age and gender
• Height, current weight, and target weight
• Activity level, workout frequency, workout timing, and sleep duration
• Fitness goals (e.g., lose fat, gain muscle, maintain, recomposition)
• Dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, non-vegetarian, vegan, Jain, eggetarian)
• Number of meals per day and cuisine preferences
• Allergies (optional, if you choose to provide them)
• Medical or health conditions (optional, if you choose to provide them, e.g., diabetes, PCOS)

We treat allergy and medical/health information as sensitive personal data. This information is:

• Provided voluntarily by you — these fields are optional
• Used only to personalize your diet and meal recommendations
• Never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or third parties

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including:

• Pages visited within the app (e.g., Home, Diet, Workout, Shop, Profile)
• General engagement data (time spent, features used)
• This data is collected via Google Analytics (see Section 5 — Cookies & Analytics)

If you use grocery ordering features, we may use your general location to generate links to third-party grocery delivery services (e.g., Blinkit) relevant to your area.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (Dodo Payments). We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details on our own servers — this is handled entirely by our payment partner in accordance with their own security and privacy standards.

Users based in India may contact the Grievance Officer for any complaints, concerns, or grievances relating to their personal data or the use of the Service. We will acknowledge and address grievances within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 15–30 days, as required under applicable law.

If you are located outside India, including in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or the United States (e.g., California), you may have additional rights under applicable local data protection laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
